15 January 1961 Macao Air Transport Co. (in shadow under wing) sold to MATCO (?) Sold to Trans-Aust. Airlines on 16.7.62. C. of A. No. 36 Expiry date 6.7.61 Reg. No. 85. MATCO Memorandum and Articles signed 8.7.48 with similar Directors as CPA. First C. of A. dated 7.7.60. CPA being taken over by B&S 16.10.48 never owned this A/C and was always in the name of MATCO.
